Foram apresentados nesta segunda-feira (17) todos os jogos e profissionais indicados para a The Game Awards 2025, maior premiação da indústria gaming. Para o Melhor Jogo do Ano, concorrem Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, Donkey Kong Bananza, Hades II, Hollow Knight: Silksong e Kingdom Come II: Deliverance.

Os últimos grandes vencedores do prêmio foram The Last of Us Part II (2020), It Takes Two (2021), Elden Ring (2022), Baldur’s Gate III (2023) e Astro Bot (2024). O vencedor deste ano será revelado durante a apresentação do evento, no dia 11 de dezembro de 2025.

Entre as produtoras que mais receberam indicações na The Game Awards 2025. A Sony Interactive Entertainment lidera ao concorrer por 19 troféus, seguida pela Kepler Interactive com 12 e a Electronic Arts e Microsoft — ambas com 10, cada.
